HOW TO SEARCH for The Most Current Properties

We offer a Free Quick Search, Here you choose the city/town, the property type, number of bedrooms and bathroom and price. All searches can be saved (for more on this please read below)

We also offer an Advanced Search, This can narrow your choices further. You can pick one or more counties, then choose one or more towns and property type (single family home, multifamily, commercial property, etc.) Then should you want to narrow it further you can choose number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price and further amenities (with a basement, new construction, by certain schools, etc.) and press search. You can also save your search (for more on this please read below)

Try our Map Search if your looking at a specific area. To start you will get ALL the listings on our Multiple Listing Service on the map. You can roll over the map, each star represents and city/town, you can click the star to go to that city/town. OR you can filter and type in your city, then a map will refresh with home icons that you can click for more information.

Interested in Foreclosure Properties? We have a search for those as well. Here you can search by City, Zip Code, County or MLS #, choose the property type your looking for (Foreclosure, Shortsale, or REO/Bank Owned) IF you want to further narrow you can choose number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Then hit the search button. You can also save your search (For more on this please read below)
 

Save your search! Best Option
This is an important step if you would like to refer back to your search and to be notified when new listings matching your criteria. To do this you must first be a registered user on our website. This is easy. It requires your first and last name, an email address and a password. Register Here. To save ANY search, complete your search criteria, press the search button, and then press save search. This will prompt you to title your saved search and give you the option of being notified by email (a box you check or uncheck) 

To look at or edit your saved searches, you must be logged in. On the homepage, top right hand corner is where you can view your saved searches. Click this link and you will then see all the searches you saved, you can delete them, edit the email notifications and more.
